C.O.P.S. (Central Organization of Police Specialists)
This is another of my favorite toy lines. I did'nt buy these when I was a kid, but the posability of these figures cannot be easily matched by anything currently in production. Imagine Hasbro's 3.75" G.I. Joe posability merged with the scaling convention of Todd McFarlane's Spawn series. While the theme was quite blatantly Cops & Robbers, some of the characters did grow on me. In this area, I'll present what info on this toy line I have been able to acquire.
