Lighthouse Activity Weekend 1998

Friday 21st August at midnight until Sunday 23rd at midnight.
The Lagan Valley Amateur Radio Society GI4GTY will be taking part in
this years Lighthouse Activity Weekend.
Our location will be St Johns Lighthouse near the village of Killough
in County Down and at the eastern end of Dundrum Bay.
GI4GTY will be mainly operating on the 5 classic bands but some
operation may be on the WARC bands. A 2m station will also be
operational. We will try and use 145.550. Antennas will be 80m es 40m
delta loops and a co-linear for 2m.
Please try your best to listen/call GI4GTY/GN4GTY as this is the
FIRST time a station has been active from GI during this event.
