I started with the "Granite" desktop pattern from Mac OS 8, and lightened it in Photoshop.

I used Claris Home Page 2.0 to create all of the web pages.
"What's that cool font?"
The font I used for the "Steve's World" and "BubbleGun!" logos is Comic Sans MS from Microsoft.
Development Environment
BubbleGun was developed entirely using Metrowerks Codewarrior.
