Two Hunters

I saw a really bad movie during Christmas holiday, and we made fun of it so much that I decided to write a short spoof of it. The movie is Shadow Hunters, and it's about some cop that goes looking for a Native American criminal with mystical powers. You probably won't find it very funny if you haven't seen the movie, but here it is anyway.

Disclaimer: This is in no way meant to be derogatory or condescending towards Native Americans (I have several friends who are Natives), but it is meant to exagerate the portrayals and stereotypes in the movie.

You'll need WinZip to extract the files. For best results, you should have the fonts wanted.ttf and imperium.ttf.

Download Two Hunters, RTF version. (8K) Viewable with Windows 95's Wordpad.

Download Two Hunters, Works 4.0 version. (9K) Requires Works 4.0 for Windows 95.

SPISPOPD

Get the game from Hamumu Software. It has a built-in level editor, and here is the first level set I made for it. Also included here is Soundpack #1 for SPISPOPD, which enhances the game quite a bit IMHO. If you are interested in the design of these levels, visit the Design pages for more info.

Download Lavaland Level Set. (50K) Requires SPISPOPD to play.

Download Soundpack #1. (432K)

DX-Ball

For those who don't know, DX-Ball is a breakout/pong game with guns and powerups. It's great fun. http://www.netwave.net/members/mwelch/ is the DX-Ball homepage, where you can obtain the game yourself.

And, back by popular demand, the DX-Ball Soundpack #1 (304,925 bytes) is again available for your convenient downloading. Unzip the file into the DX-Ball directory; it will overwrite the old sounds. Enjoy!

Sons of Tribulation

Some screenshot from my ancient game on the Amiga (from way back in 1994). An example of an engine using the techniques in my tiletech article.
