Description    : The PreCompiler is designed for Pl/m and C based source 
                 programs and verifies the validity of source code comments. A 
                 missing commnet can cause unpredictable results within these 
                 compilers, as a instructions may be accidentally omitted

                 - Display information in both hex and decimal format
Known Problems : None.
Installation   : Use command "PreCompiler" to verify any source files.
