Sites' scoring icons:
I disagree about compacted rating. (example: 1-5 stars, 1-10 marks) So, I divided rating into many aspects as follow:

Size of site:
These icons measure how much contents contained in it. The larger site is, the more information could be found. But, these icons neither indicate that how much web servers' space used, nor how many pages the sites have. Moreover, it doesn't mean that small web sites never have valuable information. In some cases, concluded information is better than the detailed. [5] Giant

Value of contents:
These icons measure one or more of these things:
1) Language and writing style used
2) Reliability of the information presented (ex.: news)
3) Is visitors can easily understand about its contents or not
4) the contents suitable to all visitors or not
(ex.: non-sex related, legal)
5) Availability of the information displayed
6) How well the contents can be used by visitors [5] Best

Beauty score:
They indicate wheather the sites is looked good or not, and they also indicate wheather the design used is helpful for the visitors or not. The sites which has high score usually are good-looking and has easy-to-use interface. [5] Best

update score:
They indicate how frequent the contents in the sites was update, or how often web sites improve their interface and design. The suitable frequency of updating is depended on the contents web sites have. Some type of the contents are not needed to be updated frequently (ex.: refering documents), but some are highly needed to be updated frequently (ex.: news, events). [5] Best (days)

access speed:
They measure the time needed to wait for each page to be loaded from the web sites. Most people don't have high-speed connection. So, we are usually forced to wait for each page we visit. The more time needed to wait, the more chance we will escape the web pages, right? However, many things can affect accessing speed. The examples are: the web servers' speed, network traffic, and so many more. Then, the speed are estimated with loaded pages (in good network condition) or calculated from size of the pages.
