Who am I?

Teacher, Father, Pyrotechnician, and all around nice guy!

Since most people determine who they are by what they do for a living, I'll start by telling you what I do. I teach basic computer technology to "High Risk Students". Most of my students have had absolutely no exposure to computers, so I definately have my work cut out for me!

In the last 15 years, computers have changed the landscape of our society. I've jumped in, and so far, I've enjoyed the ride. I'm learning everything that I can, and turning my knowledge into lessons that I can share with my students. It's a never ending process.

As for my personal life, I'm married and have two sons. I enjoy hunting, fishing, and church. My greatest passion, however, is pyrotechnics. I've been involved in many fireworks shows, and have done pyrotechnics work for B.B. King, the Greatful Dead, and many other bands. This 4th of July, I was really busy, with many at the Hormsbey House in Carson City Nevada.
