Homepages: Who is linking to my page?
If you want to find out, who put a link to your homepage onto his own web site, you can use nearly any search engine, e.g. AltaVista. Before querying you should switch to the advanced search mode. Then simply enter the following query:
link:homepage-url
Just take the URL of your page (or any part of it) and put the word "link:" before it (must be written in lowercase characters).
For example: If your homepage URL is "http://www.server.com/account/index.html", you can
search for "link:server.com/account".
The result of your query will contain all pages that have a link to your page...
