Binary Design tape
------------------
Info by Luigi DI Fraia

The elder (original) loader should be called "Hi-Tec tape" used in some Hi-Tec
releases (eg. "Chevy Chase", "Top Cat starring in Beverly Hills"), but also in
"Turbo the Tortoise" and "Crystal Kingdom Dizzy".

Threshold value is $017E (Tap value: $2F)
CBM filelame ALWAYS contains a "Turn to BLUE" ($1F) char followed by some ASM
data (6C,FD,00,etc.). Nothing seems to appear at the FOUND message on a C64
screen if background color is BLUE.
Border flash is performed with: INC $D020/DEC $D020.
CBM Header CRC32 is ALWAYS: $858D1EB4.
  CBM Data ($02A7-$0303) CRC32 is ALWAYS: $FADDF41C

The clone could be called back "Virgin tape" (Double Dragon 2, E-Swat, Line of
Fire).

Threshold value is $015E (Tap value: $2B)
CBM filelame is not used for ASM data.
Border flash is performed with: LDA $D020/EOR #$05/STA $D020 (as Cyberload).
CBM Data (same range: $02A7-$0303) CRC32 is ALWAYS: $895DCF44

Endianess : MSbF

1 byte : Block Number (they start at 0)

2 bytes : Load Address (low,high)
2 bytes : End Address (low,high).
2 bytes : Execution Address (if $0000 then no action taken)
n bytes : Data.
