We don't mind when people use our icons or other artwork on their Be- or BeOS-related web pages or links, as long as they include the following language somewhere on the page:

"The icons used herein are the property of Be, Inc. and are used by permission."

We're afraid that we cannot allow the usage of our icons for sites not related to Be. They may be the copyright of other parties.

We also require that the Be corporate logo (the blue and red "Be" with the bar underneath) is not altered in any way, and is used only for Be-related information or links. This helps protect our copyright and image to be one of the most advanced operating system companies in the world (and keeps our lawyers happy).
