Place: Room 1 at Thomas University
Call to Order: Norm Coe, President, called to order the meeting of the PMA at 6pm on January 22, 2007 in the Hawks Nest.

I. Announcements
A. Iretha announced PMA does not need Tax ID that mail will be delivered to club through mailbox already set up at TU.
B. Wylie stated that the website forum is up and running and that PMA members need to utilize it as a means of communication. You must also register and create a password to post messages and responses.
II. Discussion
A. Norm finalized the date for Dr. Bonvillian’s speech titled “A Vision for Thomas University”. It will be held on February 21 @ 6pm in the Hawks’ Nest Student Lounge. Guests are allowed to attend.
1. Iretha will submit announcement to T’ville CNS community scroll and Cody will submit to Times Enterprise for ad to be run in the local paper
D. Jon and Norm will be speaking to the Rotary Club @ The Plaza on a Thursday (specific date TBA). A female member is asked to also attend.
E. Placement/location of flyers on TU campus was discussed and that the flyers also need to include the next PMA meeting date.
A.Jon announced our next speaker will be “Lionel (last name withheld)” from Kool Keepers on Wednesday, March 14, 2007.
B.Last order of business was the Business vs. Psychology club softball game. Candace will contact Dr. DePaola for date, time, etc.
