The meeting was opened from Professor Wilkinson who talked about this association. He also shared with everyone about the mission and vision of this association for the next year.
The meeting was followed by choosing the appropriate people for the 5 main positions of the association.
With secret and separate voting for each candidate the majority chose.

Norman Coe decided that the next meeting was going to be held on Wednesday, November 16th, 2006 at 6 o'clock p.m. in room 1.
Everyone decided to e-mail to Norman their suggestions regarding the positions remained. The appropriate people will be approved next meeting.
