Supervise as Deputy/Manager (Mill House) for about 6 years the operation, production and maintenance of 6 grinding mills in a plant of 2000 tpd. These units ran efficiently and achieved a capacity utilization of 105%

Supervised as Assistant/Deputy Manager (Chemical) for 4 years the operation and production including relining of three No.Kilns each having a rated capacity of 6000 tpd. During the year 1983-84, a new record was set up due to my personal concerted eforts the kilns ran for 310 days.

As a Shift Engineer for five years, i was responsible for Opr. Production and maintenance of entire plant consisting of a crushing plant, ropeway for transporation of L/S, six mills, three kilns with allied equipment. As shift engineer my works was highly appreciated and rewarded by the management.
