Operation Supervisor(Direct Contract Basis)

Duration : 2 years (Renewable)

Location : Fields/Terminal

Basic Functions and scope

Supervisors, monitors, and controls the safe and efficient operations for
the production / injection and export of oil/ gas/ water/power as assigned.
Checks regularly to ensure production quotas and product specifications and
adhered to. Coordinates maintenance and shutdown requirements to ensure
operation of assigned facilities is running smoothly and in synch with
maintenance, construction and project and minimum disruption to off take
requirements. Plans and executes all filed services activities, as assigned
covering wellhead, flow lines and track maintenance , wellhead completion,
surface casing repairs, hand over of wells to drilling for work over and
acceptance of well thereafter. Assists in developing the Department's
capital and operating budget and monitors expenditure. Ensures all work is
carried out in accordance with safety rules and regulations. Ensure that
subordinates are full familiar with safety equipment and procedures, and
that safety rules are strictly observed. Takes charge of operations in case
of emergencies and contracts emergency team as soon as possible.

Minimum Requirements

B.Sc. in Engineering disciplines preferably process or chemical
7 years oil/gas production operations.
Good knowledge of written and spoken English.

Salary & Other Benefits

Salary Range (tax free) for: UAE Dhs from 8,975(Basic 6,975+ Supplementary
Allowance 2,000) to 11,070(Basic 9070+Supplelementary Allowance 2,000)per
month.
Annual leave for the position 38 days paid leave per calendar year with air

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Salary Range: Dhs.10080 to 12450

Basic Function:

Directs, coordinates and supervises all mechanical maintenance activities
carried out on a wide range of mechanical rotating and stationary equipment
in the plant. Includes providing field supervision over the execution and
participating in the preparation of maintenance programmers. Directs
troubleshooting of chronic problems, identifying reasons and recommending
remedial action, and ensure that maintenance services are provided safely
and efficiently.

Minimum Requirements:

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

7 years experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of wide
range of heavy rotating and stationery equipment, preferably in an oil/ gas
or petrochemical industry.

Contract Engineer

Purpose and Scope

Prepares Company FEED & Detailed Engineering Contracts and provides
contractual follow-up service to effect their proper implementation.
Typical contracts would include Front End Engineering Design (FEED)
Services, Third party Verification Services, Project Management Consultancy
Services, HSIEA Study Services, pipeline Route Survey & Soil Investigation
Contracts etc, for a Major Offshore Filed Development Project.

Minimum Requirements

B.Sc. in Engineering Discipline or equivalent professional technical
qualification, e.g., ARICS, MCIOB.

7 years experience in Offshore Construction with experience in green and
brown field developments of which at least five years should have been in
Contract Preparation, tendering, negotiation and award procedures of major
offshore developments projects utilizing either an EPC or EPCM Contract
Strategy.

A high degree of fluency in written and spoken English.

Mechanical Techinician

Department : Aviation Operations

Division : Airports(Maintenance Section)

Basic Function

To carry out Mechanical maintenance on all Mobile and Static Equipment, as
instructed by the Sr. Mechanical Supervisor and to direct staff under him.

Work Performed
Carries out all work as instructed by the Senior Mechanical Technician or
as per Operations Standards and Safety Rules, without direct supervision
(including shift duties)

Tests vehicles and static equipment after repair for satisfactory operations.

Works correctly to diagrams and engineering drawings, and reads test gauges
and meters.

Makes use and maintains all safety equipment.

Starts all mobile equipment daily and checks for satisfactory working and
reports faults.

Prepares Stores Requisitions.

Carries out and records Daily, Weekly, Monthly and other Periodic checks on
all Mobile and Static Equipment as scheduled on standard forms.

Operates Computer based Maintenance Programmes as directed.

Minimum Requirements

Higher Secondary Technical Education
Diploma in Auto Diesel Technology.
5 years practical experience in Heavy Duty Truck workshop.
3 years experience with an Oil Company Workshops preferably in Aviation

Senior Training Officer

Plan, coordinate, follow up implementation of the following functions to
ensure that all administrative matters are done according to the plan,
policies & procedures: -
· Local and Overseas Course
· In-House (Tailor-Made Courses)
· Conduct internal In-House training courses.

Work performed

Assists the supervisor in studying, analyzing the Company's training needs
in relation to the above said functions and arrange suitable training
programs to meet such needs.

Assists supervisor in drawing the training plan in relation to the same
said functions.

Supervise service and arrange facilities (such as hall, files
etc.)necessary for such courses.

Draft training plan of the assigned functions as per Divisions/Department
needs plus instructions from Supervisor.

Plan, coordinate, follow-up implementation of In-House (Tailor -Made) courses.

Studies training courses and programmes by studying brochures etc. from
different institute and make recommendations to nominate nominees as per
the approved training plan, to superior.

Handle all routine correspondence, including memos, letters, telexes, faxes
for matters related to course schedules, nomination requests, registration
of participants in the Overseas and local courses, and prepare the proposal
agreements/letters for the In-House courses.

Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor Degree in Education or Human Resources or equivalent discipline.
· Five years experience in Training, Teaching, or Human Resources.
· Very good knowledge of English and Arabic
· Computer Literate.

Salary Details
Base Salary : 5635 AED per month

Electrical Development Engineer

Scope of Duties

Undertake the modification project engineering works on a wide variety of
process and utility modifications in the LNG plant which are designed to
improve safety, operability, maintenance and process efficiency in
accordance with the latest international and company standards and codes of
practice.

Duties Performed

Carries out the design of allocated modification related to LNG production
facilities and associated offsite. Ensures the design is to recognized
industrial standards and codes.

Prepares the statements of Requirement for contract documents and carried
out technical evaluation of contracted out modifications including
technical clarification to bidders through the Contract Department.

Prepares HAZOP P&ID and introduces the proposal to HAZOP committee for
Hazard and Operability Study. Takes an active part in HAZOP proceedings as
electrical specialist.

Minimum Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

6 years experience in the electrical engineering field, including minimum
of 4 years in development /project work in the gas processing, oil refining
or petrochemical industry.
