DOCUMENTS MANAGEMENT APPLICATION
Documents management application DocManager offers a solution for Office/Home documents and other files management in a clearly arrangedand easy to use way. The user interface is logical and intuitive, and is similar to "Windows Explorer"interface. If you are familiar with Windows 9x and Windows NT concepts, is possible to learn basic functionsin short time.
It is extremely simple to handle stored documents: retrieve them by using a combination of assigned parameters,e.g. category, registering date, registering index, direction and other. That makes the search highly accurate and fast.
This application is designed as low cost auxiliary tool for single users or small workgroups
to handle their documents on PC or Network.
You can archive all types of the documents in DocManager. The term "documents" covers
many things such as paper documents,home pages, images, sound and video files. There is a great potential to improve the document handling in daily office or home use.
Now with DocManager user can:
· sort, group, categorize and manage your home and/or office correspondence, records, business
affairs, technical documentation, and many other documents by several parameters assigned to
these documents (the category of document, the name of sender/receiver, the send/receive date,
the registration index, and other features may be used as a parameters);
· create a document of any category (arrangement, order, picture, letter, fax, certificate, quality
management procedure, technical documentation and more) by yourselves and store them in the
Database. Each category can have the sub categories;
· select a folder on the local or network computer, where you'll keep all new documents of each category.
If the folder is not assigned to the category, the new documents will be saved in your Default Folder;
· assign the document template for each category or/and sub category;
· create a new WORD, EXCEL or POWERPOINT document directly from the application. The name of the new document is created automatically;
· add the existing document or file to the database. In this case it doesn't matter what type of file or
document it is. It is necessary to have installed the right software application on your computer to
make it possible to review the document;
· remove the document description from the database together or without removal of the document;
· assign child documents to the document;
· create your Address Book;
· import addresses to Address Book from MS Outlook;
· dial, access home pages directly from the Address Book.
