George,
I am going to send the individual forms as seperate e-mails just to help
keep my sanity :-) and easier organization.
This is what I came up with. I think the only change is I took of the
extra HKA for claw and combined it with bite like you said.
Also you had said something about the Disads and me not supposed to get
a Creature bonus, but other disads would be more appropriate acutally.
Do you think you would be able to list the "more" appropriate disads
that add to 114 (for fleshing out the character) or would that be too
much hassle? I could do it but I am out of town and without my
champions
book. If you can wait on the game until next monday then I should be
completely ready. I guess you call the shot on that one.

You don't get a Creature Bonus - those are for NPC's. You would
however get plenty of limitations due to being an animal - Distinctive
Appearance, Hunted: Zoo, Psychological Limitation: Wild Animal,
Physical Limitation - can not communicate, etc., so I will let that
slide.

I appreciate all the advice. I am still a newbie and don't know
how to take advantage of the powers.

Actually, I have control over the Cheetah but I had put that as
a "flaw" that the cheetah will sometimes want to run away. I guess
we could put it as a disad or I could just roleplay it?
With my 11 points I want to spend on skills on this human character but
once again I won't have access to a champions book until this saturday.
So if you don't mind pausing the game process or if you know of a few
good skills that would go with a spy/computer hacker then I am willing
to hear suggestions (you've had some pretty good ones so far) :-)

I think most of this is the same as you suggested. I like your ideas
better, and it has helped me to look harder for setting up a character.

Ok. So I could dress for a mission in human form. Change to Base form
and then when I am past the fighting part I could revert back to human
form and would be dressed in whatever clothing I had prepared (even
equipment)? If yes then let's toss "instant Change"
