Q. How can I get rid of Freddy?

A. Remember what you had done before Freddy appears. You had fallen asleep in the hut. You are in a nightmare after then, and the only trouble is that your nightmare comes true when you die. Since you must have understood that you cannot kill Freddy, all you have to do is to escape him. You will wake up anyhow, so try to stay alive until you wake up.

Q. I enter a cave in the beginning of the game. After killing the cave man and the Djinn, I get stuck inside the cave. How can I get out?

A. You need to find a convenient place to dig a tunnel. To do this you need an appropriate tool. I leave the discovery of this to you.

Q. The night I had sailed along the sea, I find myself locked in a submarine cell after the strange incident. But all my weapons are gone. What can I do about this?

A. Someone who takes you to the submarine puts your weapons in a room at the far end of a place called restricted area. Since the captain of the submarine lets you walk around freely, you need to find the key to the restricted area.

Q. Is it OK if I drop the guidance compass?

A. In my opinion, NO. The guidance compass does not only indicate which objects you need to find, but also gives you clues especially in the sea temple. Without it, you can make an irreversible error.

Q. In version 1.6 of The Journey, I start the game in the spaceship crashing to the ground and I soon get blown up in the ship, and the game is over! How can I get past that?

A. In the beginning of the game, there are three particular objects which you must take at once and rush out of the ship. These are the guidance compass, electronic report and the laser gun. Taking other objects is nothing but a waste of time.

Q. After I drank the magical elixir and shrink, I arrived at a river side. A big leaf drifting along the water comes nearby. I think I should write in a special command to get on it, but the leaf drifts away when I write it. Isn't there any function of the leaf or am I writing a wrong command?

A. When the leaf is at the closest location to you, you must type in 'jump' to get on the leaf to start a voyage along the river.
