A lot! Read on...

INTERNAL MODIFICATIONS NOTICEABLE RESULTS
(What I'm proud of) (What you can be proud of)
=============================================================================
1. Minor code changes 1. Start menu appears instantly
2. Removed a LOT of useless bytes 2. System Info is gone
3. Rewrote cursor routine, made it 3. Cursor is faster, though not very
much smaller noticeable, and wraps top-bottom
4. Rewrote box routine
5. Same as #1 5. Software menu shows up to 7 at a
                                           time, instead of 5
6. Same as #1 6. Software menu doesn't mysteriously
switch to next 5 programs after a
                                           program exits
7. Added a little code 7. Checksum support! New menu shows
up if a bad checksum is found.
8. Added support for 4 more OS_ 8. OS-85 Software will be a little
   calls more interesting.

I also included an updated Legend of Darkness that can run from OS-85 2.0 and
later. The original Legend of Darkness would only work in OS-85 2.0, and
didn't allow OS-85 to update the checksum for the saved game.

There is a small patch program included in the distribution OS85V31.ZIP file,
which will patch the original Legend of Darkness to work with OS-85 3.1. The
only problem with that is, the checksum won't be updated. You can still fix
the checksum from within OS-85 version 3.1.

That's all of the new stuff I can think of right now. Enjoy!
