OK, I'll put in a lot of conditionals myself. If something happens
differently than I assumed it would, don't hesitate to stop the
summary there, and we'll make it take a different path.
Let me recapitulate events a bit, since I think the long time lag
between messages has lost some of the sense of time. The whole combat
sequence has been going on for exactly one "turn" so far, somewhere
between 12 seconds and one minute.
Phase 12: Cheetax enters and knocks tiger emblem K across the park
Others react: Wordsmen by closing, tiger H by challenging and
preparing, tiger J by running to help K, kids by running away.
Phase 3: Cheetax scoops some soil, and moves closer to tiger H, who
gets more ready for her. Tiger J begins bandaging K.
Phase 4: Wordsmen advance closer, Foulmouth heads off towards J and K.
Phase 5: Cheetax throws dirt and springs at H, who throws her into a
table.
Phase 6: H exults, and challenges Cheetax again. Kids make it to gates
of park.
Phase 8: Cheetax, Tiger head emblem (H), Doctor D and Virgil all
chat. Foulmouth sneaks up on Tiger J.
Phase 9: Tiger J notices Foulmouth and socks him. Tiger H does nothing.
Phase 10: Cheetax and Doctor D call Foulmouth back. Virgil offers to
get gift bag.
Phase 12: Now.

"You, Son of Tiger, how I know you tell truth to me? I saw you attack
these people. And you have more powers then they. You have proof
[**yes that is what Alexis calls it**]." Cheetax calls out to the man
with the 'tiger head' pendant.
"I see," says the young man with the tiger head emblem, who had been
silently observing the interchange for a few sentences. "You are not
evil, you mean well, yes? You are just stupid. You jump in and kick
the first person you see, knowing nothing. Now is the time for you to
think, afterwards. My father would say you're a fighter whose rifle
should be taken away at the end of every fight, and only given back
when the next fight has already started.
"You want proof? Do what we were doing, stop those pequenos
running away, take the poison from their hands. The Sons of the Tiger
will drive these drug-peddling scum from this neighborhood. You can
help us - if you have the brains, as well as the muscles."
He turns away from Cheetax, and takes a defensive martial arts stance
facing the Wordsmen.
[ Assuming Cheetax does NOT take his suggestion and begin chasing the
nearer boy. She can reach him in a single bound, BTW. ]
Cheetax lashes her tail at this, but turns to Virgil and Dr. D and
asks "Why I need defeat this man to see the Bag? If they attacking
you then let them go and I will stay with you for protection for a
short time."
Doctor D. shakes his head, and looks at Virgil, who spreads his hands
as if to say - "you're the negotiator, aren't you?"
"He calls her names, and throws her around, but she's askin' US why we
standin' OUR ground." He turns back to Cheetax. "He scares off the kids,
he does you some hurt - what more do ya need to make him eat dirt?"
The tattered man looks at the Felinoid expectantly.
[ Assuming this does NOT change Cheetax's attitude. ]
"Did he scare you with that throw, li'l Pussy-Cat? Wordsmen don't want
no wussies like that. The kids ran away, they safe from attack, so we
gonna go. But we WILL be back."
He calls out to his distant friend. "YO, MOUTH. IT'S TIME TO BEAT
IT. JUST COZ WE GONE, DON"T MEAN WE DEFEATED." The tattered man begins
to move backwards, keeping an eye on Cheetax and the blue-clad youth.
Virgil stays behind a few seconds. "Negotiates like a Yale man, that
one. Never again." he murmurs under his breath. Then he addresses
Cheetax: "Ms. - we never did get your name? As the good Doctor has
said, our young friends have departed now, so we don't have any reason
to stay, assuming these ruffians," he gestures to the 'tiger head'
youth, "don't harass them further. However I'm quite willing to take
your offer to accompany us - not just 'for our protection' but for our
mutual profit, which I'm sure is what will ensue when we get to know
each other better. I'm afraid my companions overreacted just a tad due
to the strees of the moment, but I'm sure I can calm them down."
[ If Cheetax follows, Virgil extends his hand to her. If she refuses,
he says "Until we meet again," makes a shallow bow with his left hand
at his waist and right hand behind his back, then begins backing up,
(without returning his right hand from behind his back). ]
"Get out." says the 'tiger head' man.
The blue-clad girl with the tiger's left paw emblem bounces on the
balls of her feet, waiting for Foulmouth to react to the calls
from the distance. He does.
"F%^& that! This f#%^n b#^$% f#&%n HURT me! I'm f#%^n going to..."
"Yes?" the girl asks in a pleasant voice with steel behind it.
He pauses. "..we're f#%^n going to f#%^n be back, b#^$%, is what we
f#%^n gonna do. Don't you f#%^n forget it." He also begins backing
up, his right hand holding the cosh ready, his left hand rubbing his
bruised stomach.
The kids do not miss a beat and keep running through the park
gates. The nearer boy runs straight north, the other two consider
going north, then realize that it would actually take them CLOSER to
the scene of the confrontation, and decide to run across ths
street. It's late, there are no cars on the street to get in their
way.
[ Everyone takes a free Recovery at the end of phase 12. Cheetax
should be up to full END and STUN again. The next phase is phase 3 of
the third turn. Cheetax will get to go first. At her running speed
(16"), she should be able to catch up to anyone in the scene in one
phase, she would be able to get close to and even grab or attack any
of r, F, H, D, V in the same phase.

However, if Cheetax does nothing to get in the way, and does not chase
the kids, the Wordsmen collect their bag, get in rear of the the long
black car, and leave. The car starts up a bit before they get in. The
hidden figure in the shadow in the tree silently gets in the rear of
the car with them. A flash of starlight reflects off a polished
full-face visor underneath the figure's hood.
The "tiger's left paw" girl returns to tending the unconscious
"tiger's right paw" boy. The "tiger's head" boy calls out to her,
"will he be all right?", and upon receiving an affirmative answer,
turns to Cheetax, if she has not left with the Wordsmen.
"So, who are you, and why did you interfere? You know they've managed
to get their poison to the kids now. They WILL be back to try and sell
more."
Again, unless Cheetax has left the park, off in the distance to the
North Cheetax's incredible hearing can perceive the old man she was
talking to on the steps, coming as fast as he can, breathing hard, and
with his cane rapping on the pavement.
