Aiyiee, Caramba! Oh well. :-)
George back-pedals rapidly referring to the last 3 turns' notes...

[ Phase 12. ]
It takes only a few bounds [ half a phase ] to vault the fallen table,
and scraggly bushes to catch the running boy at the fence gate. The
young Hispanic screams, and tries to dodge but Cheetax grabs him
anyway, easily. He keeps screaming, "Help! Mama!" as the physical
reality of the Felinoid affects him with horror.
[ OCV 8, -1 OCV for the move = 7, boy's DCV 3, +3 for the Dodge = 6,
no bonuses, need 12-, roll 10. ]
Doctor D. does not like that at all.
"Hey Mama, say Mama, that just ain't right (not to mention it's not
polite). The boys are the reason we started to fight - looks like we
stayin' here all night."
He whirls the chain in his hand in a circle, and it makes
a whistling sound cutting through the air.
"We just get what we first wanted, chulo," the youth with the tiger
head pendant spits through his teeth. "Kids safe, drugs gone, you
gone."
The two "Sons of the Tiger" in their respective sides of the park wait
for the "Wordsmen" to act.
"So, friend NEGOTIATOR, have we reached our BEST ALTERNATIVE TO
NEGOTIATION?" Virgil asks with a smirk.
"Ayaa!" Doctor D lashes out with his chain at the blue-clad youth with
the tiger head pendant. However the martial artist is ready, and easily
blocks with his arm, though the flexible chain wraps around his forearm.
[ +1 for surprise move (long chain, no move required), roll 4 (!)
hits. Martial Block OCV vs OCV, +2 for maneuver, roll 5, successfully
blocks. Will get to go first next phase. ]
At the same time on the far side of the park, the blue-clad girl with
the tiger's left paw emblem bounces on the balls of her feet, waiting
for Foulmouth to react. He does.
"You f#&%n HURT me, b#^$%! I'm f#%^n gonna f#%^ you up!"
[ DEX contest: her roll 11, his 16, she goes first. ]
He swings his blackjack, but she again anticipates him with a high
sweeping kick. However this time, Foulmouth ducks under the kick, and
connects with the heavy blackjack to her left shoulder. The breath
goes out of her chest with a whoosh, and she staggers.
[ OCV for the Offensive Strike, -2, Roll 16: miss. She gets -1 DCV for
the Offensive Strike. He rolls 10, hits. 5.5d6 damage: 22 STUN, 5
BODY. She is Stunned, and will miss her next phase. 2d6 roll: 8 No
Knockback.]
"You f#&%n HAPPY now, b#^$%?" Foulmouth inquires. "Don't f#&%n MESS
with me!"
On the near side of the park to Cheetax, the unarmed Virgil balls his
fists, takes a few quick steps forward towards the youth with the
tiger head pendant, and strikes low, while the Martial Artist is
engaged with Dr. D. Shaking off the chain wrapped around his arm
restricts the youth just enough for a kidney punch to find home.
[ OCV 4, 2 levels, -1 OCV for move, +1 for surprise move (Virgil
started unarmed and semi-non-hostile, target was distracted), -2 for
Killing Strike, Roll 8, hits. The block takes a -2 for the second
consecutive block of an attack, Roll 13, misses. Damage 1 1/2d6
Killing, roll 5 BODY, x3 STUNx = 15 STUN. Target has no resistant
defense, so takes 5 BODY (!), 15 STUN. He is Stunned, and will miss his
next phase. No Knockback.]
The hard fist sinks deep into soft flesh. The Tiger's Son groans
loudly, and actual blood stains his side.
"Diplomacy," the polo-shirt wearing man mutters to himself as he
fights. "Defined as the ART of saying 'NICE DOGGY' until you can find
a STICK!"
The two boys by the West gate continue running through it. The boy
Cheetax grabbed struggles in her grasp, but cannot break free.
"Aaaah! Let me GO! Help! Someone help me! Mama!"
[ STR vs STR contest - roll dice, count BODY. Boy rolls 3d6, for 2
BODY, Cheetax rolls 5 1/2 d6 for 5 BODY.]
"Killed them, you should have killed them all while you had the
chance!" screams the voice of Tutor in Cheetax's head. "Have I taught
you nothing? Here, start with the boy..."
[ That was Phase 12. Fortunately everyone gets to recover STUN and END
now for free, without spending a phase to do it. Cheetax, Virgil,
Dr. D., are at full STUN and END. Foulmouth and the three Tiger's
Sons... aren't.
The next action is Cheetax at Phase 3 of the second full turn. The
Tigers are hurt, and will miss their Phase 3's getting un-Stunned. You
can anticipate the Wordsmen will go on Phase 4 - they're slower.
If you still want to "lead the boy back to the group", you will have
to wait to phase 6 - he reacts much slower than the trained
fighters. One option is to just sling him over a shoulder and carry
him - you aren't quite strong enough to lift a car, but a single
person would not be any effort at all, and would not slow you down
appreciably. It would only hamper your DCV if you worried about him
being accidentally hit in combat. ]

[ No, not at all. You cannot get any "useful" use out of one *form*
while you are in another. If you could ask questions of the higher-INT
form, it would be as if having that higher-INT, in a way. It becomes
even more obvious when you imagine Cheetax sitting in front of a
computer terminal asking Alexis, "OK, what should I type in now?" It
would be just like having access to all those skills without the form
paying for them.
However there is nothing wrong with having the *memories* of the other
form, and Alexis might well have watched a few episodes of the nightly
news and read a few newspapers. She's even living with a biochemist!
She would probably understand the idea of drugs quite well.
At INT 8, and no specific psych disads limiting this further, Cheetax
herself is not a moron, though probably not worldly. She can certainly
understand the concepts involved, at least to the extent of good/bad,
and loss of self control, if not to the sophisticated level Alexis
could reach.
This is not true of third, Cheetah, form, which has a specific Psych
Disad, "thinks like a wild animal". This form would also share the
memories, but would simply not understand them at all. ]
[ Current Map: BTW, is this helping you visualize the scene at all?
