Type in a Circle

Everyone asks me how to do type in a circular path in Photoshop..And up until now, I have told them they needed illustrator or Corel Draw or Freehand, that this was something that was just too hard to do in Photoshop. But, using the new transform rotate tool in Photoshop 5 I have found that it is very simple. A 'central axis' has been added to the center of the transform tool, which when pulled to the center of an image, will place the type layers in a circle as you rotate them. you don't have to move them into a circle or figure out where they go...This tutorial also uses Photoshop 5's new Editable text layers and layer effects. So..lets get on with it. Here is the finished product.
