With that in mind, you do not have the right to take or use my files and clone or alter them in any way with out first getting my personal consent. FYI
1. All files found on this site are in the proper formats used in The Sims. (ei. .iff, .wll, .flr, etc.)

2. Our files are contained within zipped folders. You may need WinZip to open them. Also, if you have a firewall, you may not be able to download these files as your firewall may not allow you to do so.

3. If you have trouble with installing a file, make sure you've read the included ReadMe. It will instruct you on how to install it. If you come across a problem or error with a file please contact us at: sim_freak04@yahoo.com.

4. Please don't bother staff with emails asking if an objects you've requested is ready yet. We work at our own pace and conveience. Please be patient. We will try our best to fulfill you Sims hom decore needs.
