I found the Chi Kung extremely effective in giving me the Time Out from the world that I was lacking. Furthermore that time out gave me the opportunity to see the “issues” in my life that affected me and needed to be resolves and accepted.
I was so thankful and happy in the results in myself that I felt I had to share this with other people. I was then inspired to document my search and solution and hence wrote a book entitled “Simply Calm”. I thought it crazy that I would do such a thing , but at the same time I started to see that there were other people around me who were looking for peace of mind in their lives.
The more I looked around the more I could see how a basic understanding of our inner self would help people.
