Question : How do I get your stuff in my game?
Answer : Click button labled "Grab it!" beside the item you would like. Select a temporary directory to place the '.zip' file in. After you have downloaded the file use WinZip to extract all of the contents to one of the following location.
For Skins and Heads : C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\GameData\Skins\
For Objects : C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\GameData\Objects\
For Walls : C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\GameData\Walls\
Then start or restart your game.
Question : How do you make stuff for The Sims?
