Eighteen random people, placed together in germany during the festive season, mostly from staffs polytechnik, some from other decent universities - even a token german girl.... all got together on the night of the 16th of december in the year 2000 to eat a helluvalotta food, and drink a similarly sized quantity of alcohol.
potatoes the size of peanuts are a bastard to peel. why we bought 17 kilos of them is a mystery. but we cooked them all, and ate nearly half. . along with three turkeys, several brussel sprouts and a large packet of paxo amongst other things. this meal was described as 'possibly the greatest thing students have ever achieved' - and my physics teacher said i would amount to nothing. ... pah! look at me now you slap head!! :) |

clearly taking the cork out of the bottle would have earned much more kudos, but its the thought that counts, right? and besides... with quality christmas decorations like those lights in the background - its hard to get upset at such a shy act of alcoholic disrespect. |

here's that german bird... caroline. wearing what appears to be a very cheap suit. only joking of course... that's nik. the christmassy decorations of saint nik went down a real treat with her. still doesn't explain why she left so early :) |

we were all out of snow shovels so wappy had to make do with caning the food the old fashioned way. ie, as fast as possible into his belly.

luckily we had supermans witty reportoire of crap jokes, stories about boxed set dvds and quote of the day to keep us entertained.

lucky for us dom stepped in at the last minute with his rocky horror show outfit. complete with distressingly comfortable looking suspenders and sparkly bits robbed from the HP party. respek |
