it's a sad day when a man can only get hold of drugs with a street value of four quid.
this country's going to ruin.
what i dont understand is why the guy felt the need to buy illegal drugs to help with his depression!?!   surely he could have gotten something from the nhs.
perhaps he only had £4 and couldn't afford the prescription charges.
