OCARINA OF TIME: to get the ocarina of time you must meet the skull kid on the top of the clock in clock town. to do this wait till midnight of the final day and the town will have a little party and the clock opens up. when you fight the skull kid, just shoot a bubble at him as deku link and when he drops the ocarina of time go and pick it up. then play the song of time to return back to the dawn of the first day.

BOMB: the easiest way to get the bombs are to go out in termina feild as link and chop the little bushes that are everywhere. keep cutting them till you get bombs.
BOMBCHU: i found it easiest to get bombchu's in the holes located around termina feild. drop in one and open the chests. there will be bombchu's located in some of them ( you get five at a time).
DEKU STICK: to get deku sticks either buy them at clock town, or kill the little plants that pop out of the ground ( some locations: behind the magic shop, in holes located around termina feild, in some dungeouns, etc. its real easy to get the deku stick)
DEKU NUT: to get the deku nut either go to termina feild and find some of the plants that pop up and attack you and kill them, or fall in a hole located around the whole game, and kill the plants inside. the easiest way though is to just purchase them in clock town.
MAGIC BEANS: buy the magic beans from the deku scrub salesman in the swamp. he will be up the ladder next to the entrance of the boat ride. they cost 10 rupees a peice and you must buy them with deku link.
POWDER KEG:( gorons super bomb) go to the goron shrine, then if you stay against the west wall and follow it down you will see a cave with ice over it, to get the powder keg, beat the snowhead temple then return to this cave and go inside. down the hall you will see a huge goron. talk to him and complete the task he asks you to do and then u will get the powder keg.
PICTOGRAPH BOX: talk to the guy that is behind the desk in the boat rental house located in the swamp. he will give you the pictograph box. * must talk to him after you have saved the other witch in the mystery woods*
LENS OF TRUTH: to get the lens of truth, simply go to the goron shrine and head straight towards the back of the shrine (outside) then when you see the giant owl talk to him and when he flies away watch his feathers and were you can see feathers you can walk. once you reach the cave on the other side, you will find the lens of truth. when you exit simply use the lens of truth to see the pathway to get back.
HOOKSHOT:

empty bottle: you get bottle number one when
empty bottle: you get bottle number two at romani ranch, talk to romani the first day, she will tell you to return at a cetain time. you must complete her test that she gives you and then you become her partener. on the that night at 2:30am you have to meet her in the barn, do so, then exit and be ready to defend the farm!
empty bottle: you get bottle number three when you have the hookshot got to the beach by the zora hall ( by the little river that feeds into the great bay), when you see a log, half in the water and half on land, look up for a tree to hookshot to. keep hookshoting from tree to tree and then you will soon come to a cave. once inside look for a beaver. talk to him and race him. beat him and his older brother in the race and you will get a bottle as a reward.
empty bottle: to get empty bottle number four you must have beaten snowhead temple then as goron link use a powder keg to blow the entrance to the goron raceway apart (while it is spring outside). then go in and complete the race finishing in first place. * you also get the gold dust this way so you can have your sword tempered*
