One big, pretty cat . . .
The 1956 Jaguar XK140MC Fixed Head Coupe is our fastest old car! This is one of 844 coupes exported with left hand drive, and of those only around 280 were type MC with the Automatic transmission like ours.
The Jaguar XK Series won at Le Mans in 1951-53. At 70 mph, the engine purrs along at 2000 rpm with the Borg-Warner automatic transmission.
