Hey!  Keep it down in there!

Our grandpa, James Davidson Bellah, 1891-1972, was one of the first authorized dealers in West Texas for RCA Radiolas, Radiotrons, and Loudspeakers.

His workbench, perpetually overflowing with radios needing repair, assorted parts and glass radio tubes,  was  in a room at the front of his house at Saint Jo, Texas.

The Radiola 20 was one of the first battery powered units which he sold in the Saint Jo area of Texas.

The unit is powered by  batteries as shown on the label inside the lid of the radio.

A man of varied talents, Grandpa Bellah received a diploma from the Oak Lawn School of Music to play music for the silent movies.
