I'll tell you, it's tough being the sister
Of Buffy the Vampire Slayer
She always runs off at night
In search of a fight.
But she never gets a scratch
She's never met her match
She returns in the morning
The worst she gets is yawning.
Never a wound, and never scars,
She should really thank her lucky stars.

I wish I was as lucky as she was
With her friends all round her
Vampires get a pounder
And when I want to talk,
She says: "not right now
I'm going for a walk
I'll just borrow this trowel."
She's an expert with a stake,
a sword, an axe, or a rake,
I feel really safe with her
Though it's tough being her sister.

She never lets me play with her.
I want to beat demons and wraiths
I want to be the second slayer
Though right now her name's Faith.
They don't seem to like each other
My sister and her.
Buff says she works for the Mayor,
And that's not right for a slayer,
Though Mayoor Wilkins seems nice,
Buff says, "Think twice,
'Cause I think he's a demon undercover."

I do get to hear what she does on her walks
That's when she's sleeping: She talks,
You see. And it makes a great bedtime story.
She often mentions her Angel
Who always comes when there's danger (!)
But I can't hear any more adventures
Cause her voice is choked down by the covers
I'd sure like to meet him.
He sounds like a great guy.
Buff says he's tall and slim,
But that he wouldn't hurt a fly.

But things have changed since a while
She's ahead of me now by a mile.
She always talks loud
And makes mom so proud.
There's nothing but talk about her in the house
I feel like I've shrunk to the size of a mouse
She's always the best,
I only get the rest
Which isn't really much,
I feel so out of touch.
But I still love her
Though it's tough being her sister.
But I do hate her gang,
Though the question is: "Would she slay me
If she could see
That I've got brand new fangs?"
