History:

    Rocko is an arrogant person both in and out of the ring. Although he doesn't have much to back it up, he still has a few titles
to back it up.  He won the Summerslam® Title in 1998, defeating Black Ice. Then at Explosion, he upset Tim "Powerbomb"
Abbott by defeating him for the U.S./Canadian Championship, only to lose it a month later to Dr. Psycho at Blizzard.  Several
years later, he fought Commissioner Slick in the main event on Raw.  Thanks to a distraction from Torcerous, Rocko rolled
Slick from behind and defeated him.  Unfortunetly for Rocko, the next Raw, Slick suspended him indefinitely.
