History:


	The Sniper made his official debut in the WFW by interfering in the U.S./Canadian Championship match between
the champion Devil and Black Ice. He came out from the crowd, climbed onto the top rope, and attempted to hit Black Ice.
Unfortunetly for him, Ice moved and nailed Sniper.  The next night on Raw Sniper was introduced as Devil's new "sidek-
ick".  Since then, he has reeked havoc on the federation, and has since started a short fued with the religious Harley.
