Harlequin Chicken Sean's Post-postmodern Nonsense
One of my favorites. The triumvirate of colored bell peppers really adds a lot of wholesome flavor to the chicken, which was cooked (in my opinion) to perfection. This is believed to be yet another Italian recipe, because I had something exactly the same (though was charged like $15...actually Christian bailed me out of it 'cause I was out of cash...dude, I still owe you money.) in an Upper West Side Italian restaurant a while ago.
