Chicken with Mixed Herbs Sean's Post-postmodern Nonsense
This is my foray into the southern Italian way of baking things, that is, without the expensive cheeses. Tender, delicious whole white meat chicken breast bone covered in herbs full of classic Mediterranean aroma. Now, I swear to god, all the arrogant Asians who never tried thyme and oregano leaves in their essence are missing out more than you can ever imagine.
