Continental Pork Chop Sean's Post-postmodern Nonsense
Obviously this is one of the recipes that I followed. Despite the weirdness, (it's called continental, but it uses Worcestershire Sauce, for one thing), the pork chop itself is delicious, probably due to the fact that it's actually fried, not simmered. Also I'm not into marinating...too much trouble, so I saved that part. It didn't seem to hamper the taste all that much, (so I thought.) Copyright Sean Luo, 2005, sluox@yahoo.com
