Grilled Salmon with Spinach Sauce Sean's Post-postmodern Nonsense
I followed a recipe on this one as well. The original recipe asked for a grill, but I simplified with a pan fried version. It was supposed to be watercress. But I figured spinach is more nutritious. The lemon based sauce has a very strong tangy taste. I have to say I really like it a lot with a glass of light Californian zinfandel. The natural flavor of the salmon is still retained completely.
