Tofu Shrimp Sean's Post-postmodern Nonsense
This is a very tasty combination, hailing from East Asia, obviously. My mother actually encouraged this dish to me. However, this is also very much the staple style dish of minimalism cooking. Of note, I didn't use soy sauce (or any other ethnic seasonings). Tofu, obviously, is good for you. In fact it was tentatively shown to be protective against breast cancer.
