Ahhhh,,,,,October! The warm scent of pumpkin spice & orange candles burning.......
The strings arrived yesterday and I put them on the guitar-it's been so long since I did the lacing part at the bridge I was constantly double checking myself as I went. Now they're going thru the notorious settling in stage ....after which it should stay in tune & I can play songs. I need to decorate & get the place neat & tidy. My day job boss has been driving us all nuts with giving us our schedule for the week & then calling to say she "goofed" and we're suppose to be in on what we were told was our day off. I can't wait to be fully self employed and be able to get away from all the b.s.
Today will be spent working for myself-sewing,posting,knitting-hoping to sell more scarves this month. I'm also thinking of making armwarmers & fingerless gloves,in addition to the small totes I'm making to give gifts in that will be a gift in itself. So far I'm doing winter & guitar themes & a few Yuletide ones will be coming.
