What exactly is Land O' Lincoln Camp Cherith?
Land O' Lincoln Camp Cherith is a Christian camp for girls in grades 2 through High School. It is run in conjunction with the Pioneer Girls program and is ACA certified. The campsite for the next two years is Reynoldswood Christian Camp and Retreat Center in Dixon, IL. Next summer's weeks are July 8-14 and July 15-21. But really, Camp is more than just one or two weeks away from home in the summer. It is a chance to start lasting friendships and learn more about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
CILT Program
CILT stands for Campers In Leadership Training. The program trains campers to be good leaders and prepares them for the task of being a camp counselor. CILT begins the summer after your Freshman year of High School and continues for three years. As a CILT graduate, I can testify to the worth of this program.
