IMMEDIATE HELP NEEDED!!!

The Colorado Department of Transportation is conducting a major study (called I-70 PEIS) to determine the future of the I-70 Mountain Corridor. There is real danger that they will drop the SMARTrans concept (meter-gauge Swiss-type railway with cog/rack system in lieu of tunnels) from their final feasibility studies of an alternative to the congested I-70 highway. Please e-mail the study headquarters (I-70peis@jfsato.com) with a message similar to the following:

I (we) urge you to continue studying the SMARTrans railway in the final PEIS. This system offers the best solution for an alternative to the congested I-70 highway at the lowest practical cost.
If you are from out of state please mention that you are a frequent visitor to Colorado

Heartfelt thanks, Ed . . . . . a.k.a. Edward Stewart Wright
