Ohayo SMAP!
Sept.13-Sept.17,1999

Sept.13(Mon):

Ah, time flies by. It is already September. It is almost mid-September in deed. Well, in August, we were on the concert tour. We went to many places all over Japan. And, from Sept. 24 to 27, we will do the concerts at Yokohama Stadium. Many of you have already came to the concerts. But, if you are living around Tokyo, please look forward going to the concerts starting Sept. 24. Yeah. Oh, what else? We are starting to tape the fall dramas in this month. I will talk about the fall dramas and other activities of SMAP members from tomorrow on. Please look forward.

Sept.14(Tue):

Well, if you are working, you may be taking a late summer vacation in September. It was not easy for us to take a summer vacation. Um. Ah, we did have a couple of days off. But, I didn't go anywhere like traveling or do anything. I really don't have any special story about this summer. Oh, we were touring for the summer concerts...and, we were able to experience many things, such as food and some special places to visit, all over Japan. Yeah. I did go to a festival when I had a complete day off. I worn Yukata (a casual Kimono made from cotton) and went to the festival. Um. When I worn Yukata, I couldn't wear a hut or sunglass to disguise myself. It was no way to hide myself. It was like "Goro Inagaki wearing Kimono and goes to the festival." It was a little bit difficult but it was a fun. Yeah.

Sept.15(Wed):

Yes. Ah, Today is the Japanese national holiday, "Senior Citizens Day". This is a special day to think about our grandparents and may be send some gifts to them. Well, I don't do anything special for these special occasions lately. When I was a kid, I sent letters to my grandparents on "Senior Citizens Day", or sent flowers to my mother on Mother's Day. I had a time to do these things for the special occasions for my family. But, after I started to work, I became so busy that I can't remember these special dates...This is terrible... Um. Well, I should do something for my grandparents for this special holiday. How are you spending your holiday today?

Sept.16(Thu):

Yes. Ah~ Some of you might be experiencing the difficulty waking up every morning due to the accumulated tiredness from the summer. For these people, I am going to talk about "the relaxation technique by Goro" today and tomorrow. (laughing) Huh, I don't know exactly what I am going to talk about. In my case, this may be more close to a treatment than a relaxation, going to chiropractor was really great when I was totally tired by the live concerts. I got some acupuncture, and , of course since this is chiropractic, I got some massages to straighten up my bones and body. My bones made lots of noise when the chiropractor was straightening my body. I even tried acupressure. Um. I think these are good ways to relax., especially massage is great. You may think this is unusual, but I am interested in esthetic for men. Kimura kun went there for the first time. He was talking about it and seemed really enjoyed going there.

Sept.17(Fri):

Continuing from yesterday, I would like to talk about "The relaxation technique by Goro" today. This is a little bit embarrassing but I like sauna. Sauna, Um. I go to a sports gym quite often and I go to the sauna in the gym. Usually, I work out using machines or swim at the gym. But, if I don't have time, I just going to the sauna. This sounds like an old man. Some girls might think this is something done by an old guy. (laughing) But, you have to use to go into the sauna. I set a timer for 12 minutes. But, if you are not use to go into it, you can only stand with it for may be 5 minutes. In my case, I stay for 12 minutes; then go into the water bath; and come back to the sauna for another two sets of twelve minutes. Jumping into the water bath suddenly is not good for your health. But, it is stimulating and exciting. Sometime, I want that kind of stimulation. Um. It is one of the relaxation for me. Sauna...why don't you try it! (laughing)
