Instructions on oral presentations

The abstract consist of a brief description of the objectives and results of the study. Abstracts must follow the following submission form:

(Use Times New Roman as font, 12-point size, centered, capital letters and boldfaced)

Author(s) name and institutional affiliations

(Use Times New Roman as font, 12-point size, left margin)

Text

(Use Times New Roman as font, 11-point size, justifying both margins)

Abstracts submitted must be written in Spanish, 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper within an imaginary frame with the following margins: top: 1.0", bottom: 1.0", left: 1.5", right: 1.0". Leave a double space after the title and type the author(s) name and their institutional affiliations and address where to be notified when the abstract is received. Leave another double space and start the text at simple space. Abstracts must be presented in Word format.

Instructions for oral presentations

20 minutes will be allowed for oral presentation, with 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions, discussion and transitions among presentations without any extra time.

There will be only slides projectors, and overheads. Any other media resource must be informed to the Organizer Committee in advance to be approved and any extra expenses will be author(s) responsibility.

Instructions for poster presentations

Send an abstract of it following instructions above.

A total surface of 1 m x 1.5 m will be provided for display.

Each poster should have title and author(s) name of 2.5 cm letter size. Illustrations and text must be visible from a distance of 2 meters.
