Optical Illusions Answer page

PAGE 1

1. Vase: You should see a vase or a profile on either side of the vase looking at each other. You probably won't be able to see both at once.
2. Lady/Hag: When the turned cheek becomes the nose, the line below it is the mouth and the shapes above it are the eyes.
3. Flowers/Profiles: So far I have only found a couple of profiles. I will put the answers as I find them.
4. Young Man/Old Man: See "Lady/Hag" above. Same thing applies.


PAGE 2:

1. Indian/Eskimo: The indian's face is the back of the eskimo
2. Picture: In the center of the picture is a picture of Jesus (Close up).
3. Rabbit/Duck: The rabbit is facing right and the duck is facing left. The rabbits ears are the ducks bill.


PAGE 3:

1. Cow: Here I have outlined the figure for you.
2. Dog/Island
3. Sax player/Girl: The black is the sax player and also the shadow and features of the girls face.(I've also highlited the woman's featurs in pink)
4. Split person: One person behind a candlestick or 2 people looking directly at each other.



PAGE 4:

1. Here you'll see either an old man or a couple embracing under ivy in the center. Their heads are the old mans eyes.
2. Man/Girl: No explanation needed for this one. Just kind of neat.
3. Man/Liar: The word "Liar" is handwritten at a down slope in white. The "L" in Liar is the man's eyes.


PAGE 5: Self explanatory


PAGE 6:

1. Green arrows are pointing to the right, yellow to the left.
2. Crosslines: The lines are perfectly straight.
3. There are 8 cubes if blue is the top and right of each cube and turquoise is the left. There are 7 cubes if yellow is the bottom of each cube, turquoise is the right and blue is the left.
4. All the lines are parrallel.


PAGE 7:

1. The letter "E".
2. The square is perfectly square.
3. Stairs: Set A is upside down.
4. Vases/Faces: There are 6 different vases and 12 faces (6 different faces).


PAGE 8:

1. The word "WEST"
2. The trick is that a light color appears brighter when it contrasts against a darker color. So, people see the areas adjacent to the intersections to be slightly brighter, causing what appears to be circles.
3. The letter "E"
4. The word "LIFT".
