This is a nice Kolor Kover cachet featuring a microscope and the medical caduceus.  It is the only cover in my collection made out of this unusual brown paper.  The dark paper provides this cover with a unique appearance that I really admire.  Kolor Kover produced its first cachet for the 3c Will Rogers stamp issued November 4, 1948.
