New Member

      We welcome a new member from Germany to PAL version this week. Matthias Mann joins the PAL World Rankings at #89 and #9 in Germany with an Elite D overall standard. Matthias has some great skills at SMK, we look forward to seeing improvements to his times.

PR Updates

      NTSC World Records were set by a number of karters; Chris Balch in Canada drove a new lap WR for Ghost Valley 2 at 0'11"57 with some other good times bringing his SR Score to near the -15 mark. NTSC World Champion, Joe Bernier broke the big barrier for Ghost Valley 2 with some platform jumping hitting a new 5-lap WR of 0'59"94! He also took the KB1 lap by suprise with 0'09"23 and drove a sharp WR lap of 0'19"59 on Bowser Castle 2. Karel van Duijvenboden has been very active in NTSC setting lots of high standard PRs. His MC2 long boost lap keeps going further as he lands a 0'12"20! He also improved his Rainbow Road WR and took the lap aswell with 1'24"84 and 0'16"85.

      On NTSC, Gerard Roodhorst's latest PRs have brought him up to #4 SR Score and #17 on NTSC. In U.S.A, Ryan Arends sent us his first set of improvements, he is making great progress so far as he hits Master C overall standard and #95 on NTSC. Michael Fried is continuing his attack in the Legend standards with some more GOD times and a climb to #34 on NTSC and #11 in U.S.A with an overall standard of Legend E. Craig Lubbers set 7 new PRs with some good cuts and has reached SR GOD -3. In Canada, Simon Binette returned with a fast PR on Mario Circuit 1 and Simon Laflamme improved his Non-NBT Donut Plains 3 with a fantastic 1'17" time. In Japan, Hero Nake made some great new times and has passed 2 karters to reach #23 on NTSC. He is a point away from reaching Legend A. He will reach the GOD standards soon too. Ha Nyan cut two points off with a few PRs and has passed Miura for #2 in Japan and #13 in the World on NTSC. In Brazil, Oliver Segarra Gonzalez hit the Mushroom Cup courses hard with some great NBT improvements and a climb to #13 SR Score. Oliver is now ranked 3rd in the World on NTSC after passing Jamie White.

      PAL version brought us some PRs from Belgium as Jean-François Schepers joins the battle with several PRs bringing him up to #75 on PAL and Elite A overall standard. In France, Matthias Boucher set a GOD time for BC1 5-lap. Geoffrey Label worked on some of his weaker times and has made some big cuts bringing him up to King A overall standard and #39 on PAL. Pierre Coste has made some fantastic improvements and a big climb to Pro A overall standard and #122 on PAL. He has a lot of potential and will be able to destroy many of his times as he uses Bowser or D.K.Jr for more times soon. Antoine Olivier made a few PRs and passed Stern for #22 on PAL this week. In the U.K, Matthew McCarthy set a few PRs, a long boost MC2 and some Non-NBT work on VL2 and RR. Leyla Hasso set a few PRs this week, cutting some points down.

New Members

      We have 6 new members to the site this week! This is probably the most entered in one week so far! We welcome the following karters to the site:

      From U.S.A, joining NTSC at #87 we have David Smith. David has driven all of his course and fastlap records for SMK Time Trials and enters with Elite E overall standard.

      From Japan we have Takahiro Sekine who is joining at a high standard of Legend F overall with a World Ranking of #41 on NTSC and a ranking of #6 in Japan.

      Another Japanese karter joining this week is a recruit from Hero Nake. Please welcome Kohei HG who enters the NTSC World Rankings at #123 with a Semi-Pro F overall standard.

      Hero Nake then recruited another karter from Japan, Kusser Ryo. Kusser enters the NTSC World Rankings at #121 with a Semi-Pro B overall standard.

      From U.S.A, we then had Time Trial entry from Tyler Worley who has sent in all of his times earning him a Pro F overall standard and a position at #112 on NTSC.

      On PAL version, we welcome our first karter from Poland; Piotr Gierzycki who sends in all of his records and reaches Semi-Pro E overall standard and #141 on PAL.

PR Updates

      Donut Plains 1 was taken down further by Brazilian Champion, Oliver Segarra Gonzalez on NTSC. His new 5-lap WR is 1'10"38 and has tied the lap of 0'13"78*. Karel van Duijvenboden hit some great new NTSC records and after hard work on VL2, he beat the 5-lap WR to a great time of 0'46"69! Gerard Roodhorst took Ghost Valley 3 lap using NBT and reached a great mark of 0'14"41! On PAL, Michael Jongerius returned with a quick WR on DP2 5-lap of 1'27"24 and Pierre L'Hoëst took the GV2 5-lap WR to 1'02"24.

      On PAL version, the activity in France remained strong with some good work from William Jonas as we see him head closer to -5 SR Score. Pierre Coste has been hitting many new times this week and reached Master F overall standard and #112 on PAL. Harold Christensen also set some strong records and is close behind Jonas, so the battle continues there! Antoine Olivier hits some good Legend PRs this week and cuts some SR Score down. Clement Papon made some great NBT records to reach -2 SR Score this week. In the U.K, Matthew McCarthy made a DP2 PR and cut some points. In Germany, Matthias Mann has been making great progress since his joining the site last week and has reached #72 on PAL, #7 in Germany and Elite A overall standard.

      On NTSC, In Japan, Ha Nyan climbs to #12 with a solid set of PRs including a good cut off MC2 long boost. Hero Nake reaches Legend A overall standard following 5 new PRs. In U.S.A Michael Fried set some good PRs including NBT that have brought him up to Legend D overall standard. Craig Lubbers reaches -4 SR Score with his latest PRs that have brought him up the World Ranking to #18 on NTSC and #3 in U.S.A.

New Members

      We have a new member from U.S.A this week. Ryan Kustusch sends in all of his Time Trial Records to enter the NTSC World Rankings at #118 with Pro G overall standard.

      From Brazil we have Guilherme Arantes who has hit some strong standards with his SMK times so far. He enters the NTSC World Rankings at #76 with an overall standard of King G. Guilherme is also ranked at #8 in Brazil.

     Also from Brazil, Guilherme Peres Coelho is joining the site with his Time Trial Records putting him at #125 in the World on NTSC and #10 in Brazil. He has an overall standard of Semi-Pro E.

PR Updates

      On PAL, the Champion of France, Pierre L'Hoëst has been working further on GV2 with some new WRs of 1'02"22 and 0'12"02! On NTSC, many more WRs were hit; Brazilian Champion, Oliver Segarra Gonzalez made a great time for CI2 with 1'03"56 and also a superb lap on BC2 of 0'19"55. Simon Laflamme broke a great barrier for Ghost Valley 3 with an amazing 1'12"87 WR! Joe Bernier has hit 4 new WRs this week with 1'16"14 and 0'14"89 on DP3 looking fast as ever! Can he break the 1'16"00 barrier there? If that wasn't crazy, his new KB1 WRs of 0'47"15 and 0'09"15 look unbeatable!

      Other activity on NTSC from Japan included Hero Nake's quest to reach GOD standard overall. His latest PRs have brought him very close. Kusser Ryo made some improvements to his times and has reached Semi-Pro A overall standard and #120 on NTSC. Kohei HG made some big cuts and climbed to #118 on NTSC and Pro G overall standard. In Canada, Chris Balch hit some strong PRs and reached -15 SR Score. In U.S.A, Tyler Worley has already been hitting some good PRs as he climbs to Pro B overall standard and #108 on NTSC. David Smith is improving his times well and climbs to Elite C overall standard and #81 on NTSC. Gerard Roodhorst landed a few PRs on NTSC, including a very fast GV3 5-lap.

     Back on PAL version, in Germany, Matthias Mann has been showing some great skill as he cuts large amounts off his times a shoots into the Kings at King E overall standard and #60 in the World on PAL. Armin Huber sets a GV2 5-lap PR and Florian Meier improves his standards to Master D overall and PAL World Rank to #110 with 7 PRs. In Norway Marius Hukkelås has been PR'ing a lot and is definitely heading for the Legends with his latest times. Marius has made it to King B overall standard and #45 on PAL. In France, William Jonas makes two lap cuts. Clement Papon improves his long boost times for Mario Circuit 2 with good results. Pierre Coste climbs to Master D overall standard and #109 on PAL after some great improvements with Koopa and Matthias Boucher sets some fast Rainbow Road times.

New Members

      From the U.K to PAL version this week, we welcome Andy Watts who enters the Time Trial Rankings at #80 in the World on PAL and #15 in the U.K. Andy has an overall standard of Elite B. We look forward to seeing his improvements as he climbs the rankings.

PR Updates

      The Brazilian Champion Oliver Segarra Gonzalez has been hitting PRs very well on NTSC as he takes 3 World Records! Mario Circuit 1 is down to new marks of 0'57"38 and 0'11"16! Bowser Castle 1 lap has also been taken down to 1'26"18! Guilherme Arantes has also been very active in Brazil with several large cuts to PRs. Guilherme has reached King C overall standard, #58 in the World on NTSC and #4 in Brazil. In U.S.A, Joe Bernier has taken the World Record fastlap on VL1 from Haroon with a new lap of 0'09"46! Kristopher Lamp set some nice records pushing a bit further into the top 100s as he hits #94 on NTSC and Master A overall standard. David Smith has also greatly improved with several strong times, mainly working around Star and Special cups. David reaches King F overall standard and #71 on NTSC. In Japan, we have had a lot of activity, with Kohei HG destroying pretty much all of his records and raising his overall standard to Master C and World Ranking to #100 on NTSC. Kusser Ryo also made some very good cuts and has climbed to Pro D overall standard and #112 on NTSC. Hero Nake has finally reached GOD standard with his latest set of PRs. His times have got him to #22 on NTSC and he is well on the way to GOD -1. Ha Nyan hit a few new records and has cut some points down. He is getting closer to the GOD -6 barrier. In Canada, Nicholas St-Louis returned with some PRs and a climb to King E overall standard and #65 on NTSC. Chris Balch set a very fast DP3 NBT time that was very close to the WR.

      On PAL version, from Poland, Piotr Gierzycki has been making his first set of improvements since joining the site. So far he is making great progress with a climb to Semi-Pro B overall standard and #138 in the World on PAL. In Germany, Armin Huber hit some RR Non-NBT times and Tobias Biroga returned with a quick GV1 PR. In the U.K, Chris Clark cut a few small points with 3 lap PRs. In France, Pierre Coste continued his great work with Koopa and lands more times in the top 100s. Pierre Coste is now Master B overall standard and #109 on PAL. William Jonas set a Rainbow PR and Clement Papon set a DP1 lap improvement. Antoine Olivier's new PRs have brought him a point short of passing Franck and now very close to Legend A standard, we look forward to seeing him reach his goal there soon! Harold Christensen set 3 PRs this week cutting some points down. Pierre L'Hoëst set two fast GV3 PRs this week.

New Members

      A new member to PAL version from France this week. Please welcome Anthony Pichard who joins the PAL World Rankings at #115 in the World with a Master F overall standard.

PR Updates

      On PAL version, French Champion Pierre L'Hoëst made great progress after hitting VL1 with a new WR of 0'53"05 and a new WR for DP3 5-lap with 1'19"87. In Canada, new WRs were made on NTSC by Chris Balch with MC3 times of 1'26"61 and 0'17"07! He has also taken DP3 lap by 0.01 from Bernier to 0'14"88.

      In Japan, Ha Nyan has made good progress on NBT DP1 along with some KB2 and RR cuts that have brought him up to -6 SR Score. Hero Nake has also worked on some NBT times with good improvements that cut a few points down. Kusser Ryo set 9 PRs, some of which were big cuts with Elite records. Kusser has now reached Pro A overall standard and #110 on NTSC. In Brazil, Guilherme Arantes has hit a lot of new records and is well on the way to reaching the Legend standards. So far he has landed at King A overall standard and #48 on NTSC. We have had a lot of activity in U.S.A, with Michael Fried hitting some good records and Legend C overall standard. Fried is now at #29 on NTSC and #7 in U.S.A. Kristopher Lamp has reached #94 and Elite G overall standard with 10 PRs. Just ahead, Ryan Arends has also hit some good PRs and is also Elite G overall standard and #93 on NTSC. David Smith is hitting many records in the King standards and has reached King E overall and #68 on NTSC. Tyler Worley is climbing the list well and is heading towards the Elite standards with his good PR cuts. He is now Master D overall standard and #102 on NTSC.

      On PAL version, Sebastien Holmière returned for a VL1 WR battle and had hit a very close PR. Matthias Boucher set 2 PRs this week. Clement Papon improves his NBT MC3 well. Pierre Coste hits some PRs with Bowser and some with Koopa cutting some points down. Florent Lecoanet returned to SMK with some large cuts to his PRs across all tracks. He has climbed to #57 in the World on PAL and #24 in France with a King D overall standard. German Champion, Armin Huber has made some good NBT and Non-NBT PRs and cut a few points down. Matthias Mann has improved his PRs very well reaching Legend standards in some places even with a few GOD times. Matthias has climbed to #51 on PAL and King C overall standard. In the U.K, Andy Watts improved a few times and has climbed to #80 on PAL. Chris Clark has made some good records for GV1, BC1 and VL2 reaching #50 on PAL and King C overall standard. In the Netherlands, Gerard Roodhorst makes an amazing Non-NBT lap on DP3.
