Recipes Good Sedative - Mix together 1 tablespoon each of bee balm, hops, peppermint, camomile, and crushed fennel seed. Add 1 tablespoon of the mixture to 1 cup boiling water. Steep 10 minutes and strain. Sweeten with honey. Drink 1/2 hour before bed. |
