Tea to Relieve
Pain
Gather quarter
ounce of these herbs;
Willow
Hops
Valerian
Schizandra berries
Mix the Herbs
together in a ziplock bag,
and you may store them in the same bag,
away from moisture.
Use one to two teaspoons
for each cup of boiling water.
Allow the tea to steep
for eight to ten minutes before drinking.
This tea will relieve minor discomforts
and allow you to relaxfully begin
to feel better.
