When I returned home to Chatham, On to care for my ailing parents, I needed something to do. I signed up for the Cooks Apprientice Course. 2 years and 6000 hours later I achieved my Red Seal and Chef Certification. In my years cooking in the hotels and restraunts I started to develop my own reciepes and style. I enjoy cooking and pairing wine and food, the more unusal the better. As long as it tastes good.
