Terms and Conditions for Using our  Recommendations

1.We provide recommendations based on our assumptions .Take final decision considering your own assumptions. If you use these recommendations and a loss occurs, nobody will be responsible except you only.

2.Since we provide Buy/ Sell recommendations of   mainly NSE / BSE stocks depending on technical analysis and price movement of a particular scrip performed by a group of our Analysts, it may be quite possible that  recommendations are not provided on a daily basis compulsorily . Though, we shall provide it any time and at any date as we detect a buy/sell signal in a particular Scrip. But at least FIVE recommendations (for either Buy or Sell) per month will be provided on our Latest Recommendation's Page for our registered subscribers personal use only.

3.Registered Subscribers shall use our recommendations for their own purpose only and must not pass it to any other person or anybody in any way or through any means.

4. Subscription of any plan will start from the next working day on which we receive the actual payment from the subscriber. In case of payment by cheque or D.D  payment date will be the date of  realisation.

5. On the expiry of the subscription A/c period , no any reminder  for renewal will be given to subscribers and the A/c will be closed permanently, if  A/c is not renewed within available grace period.

6.Subscribers of  Monthly Plan can switch to Half Yearly or Yearly Plans any time by requesting in writing but Subscribers of Half Yearly or Yearly Plans can not switch to Monthly Plan.

7.Recommendations will be provided through our Internet Site's  Latest Recommendation's Page (Password Protected.)

8.If there is a change in password of any subscriber, they shall be informed as soon as possible through email or SMS but not through any other means unless they request in writing for the change of medium of communication and pay the extra expense incurred for the same, in advance.

9.If subscriber of any of our plans wishes to subscribe through letters (Post or Courier etc.), they will have to pay the extra charges stipulated for that service .( Available to certain destinations only).

10. Latest Subscription Plan Charges will be applicable on Renewals irrespective of the Old Subscription Plan.

11. Some more Plans may be added  any time without any prior notice.

Any dispute is subject to Patna Jurisdiction only.
