| Friendship Friendship is a star, That lights up your way; Of whether you are near, Or miles away - Behold it carries, A gentle smile; Making each day, A day worthwhile! Friendship is greeting, That says hello; Sometimes it moves on, And bids adiue... Though apart, It joins two hearts; That speak of kindness, That speak of love! Friendship is time, So precious to keep; It creates memories, Deeper than deep. It never fails, Nor does it make you down; For a friend is always, A caring hand around! When you lose yourself, And wrong you've done; When the world turns its back, Never gives you a chance - Stay as you are, Dry up the tears in your eyes; Coz when no one else to turn to, Friendship knows to understand!
